Chief Information & Data Governance Leader

Nucleus Financial is seeking a Head of Information and Data Governance to define and drive the governance strategy across the group. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with ExCo and Board, and ensure controls with outsourcers meet FCA/PRA expectations.

You will translate complex governance concepts into clear business insights, guiding risk management and strategic decisions in a regulated, growth-focused environment.
