Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 05 years. Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues. Support children's individual learning and development needs. Work collaboratively with the wider Early Years team. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and setting policies at all times. Requirements A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, or an equivalent recognised qualification, is essential. Previous experience working in an early years, nursery, pre-school, or childcare setting. Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. Level 3 qualification is a strict requirement for this role. Candidates must hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification or recognised equivalent. What We Offer Competitive daily pay of £90 £130 , depending on experience and qualifications.
