Our specialist family focused law firm in Taunton is expanding and seeks a talented Childcare Lawyer to join thegrowing team

The role - what you'll be doing will include

• Manage your own caseload of children/childcarematters
• Youwill have dedicated paralegal support & join ahighly experienced team of senior Solicitors, Newly Qualified Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals
• Representparents, family members and children in all aspects of public law proceedings across courts predominately in the South West
• Representing children in R16.4 proceedings
• Private law children work is also available

What you'll need

• To bea Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in family/childcare law
• Those already on the Childrens Panel are encouraged to apply, as are more junior lawyers looking to achieve panel membership (with the firms full support)
