Please note : £38,082.60 would be inclusive of Sleep in Shifts at £50 per night with average of 9 per month & approx. 30 hours overtime per month Full time and part time opportunities available We have an opportunity for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our dynamic team within our childrens home in Tonyrefail & Rhigos areas , supporting up to 4 Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. All our homes are based in a semi-rural location to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for the individuals we support. We provide a homely environment where Young People feel safe, supported, and nurtured. Requirements to be a Senior Residential Support Worker: QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care Minimum of 1 years experience working in Care. Full UK manual drivers licence Flexibility for shift work, including weekends & sleep ins Ability to Shift Lead in a residential setting Good understanding of Health & Safety, and risk assessments Level 3 qualification specific in Health & Social Care Children & Young People Registered with Social Care Wales or must register within initial 6 months in residential care Experience of working with children Experience of residential childcare Competitive pay with structured progression 28 days annual leave per year, plus an additional 1 days per year, up to a maximum of 5 days Birthday day off Fully supported Induction throughout probation period Refer a Friend bonus scheme Fully funded milage allowance if working outside your allocated home.
