Location: North Norfolk
Contract: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Children and Young People's Support Worker to join a dedicated team delivering vital support services across North Norfolk.
This is a hybrid role, combining home working with community-based support, including regular visits to schools and other settings across North Norfolk. Travel is required throughout the region, and mileage expenses will be reimbursed.
About the Role
As a Children and Young People's Support Worker, you will provide confidential, non-judgemental support to children and young people who have experienced, or are living with, domestic abuse. You will work directly with young people and their families, helping them access the support they need to improve their wellbeing, resilience and safety.
The role involves managing your own caseload, undertaking assessments, developing support plans, maintaining accurate records and working closely with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
