Were looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team, providing high-quality, person-centred support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Disabilities, Behaviours that may challenge Every child is unique, and youll play a vital role in helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes in a safe and supportive environment. What Youll Be Doing Providing person-centred support tailored to each childs individual needs. Supporting children to access education, community activities, and recreational opportunities. Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour. Building positive relationships with children, their families, and professionals. Maintaining accurate records and following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures. Shift Information Minimum 4-hour shifts per child . You may support multiple children during a shift . Support can range from 4 to 12 hours per child in a single day, depending on individual needs. Experience supporting children with ASD is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. ? A full UK driving licence is desirable. Flexible working patterns. ?
