Residential Childcare Support Worker Contract: Full Time, Permanent Unqualified: £27,866.34 basic salary, with potential earnings of up to £33,447.67 including sleep-in shifts Qualified: £29,181.57 basic salary, with potential earnings of up to £34,762.90 including sleep-in shifts Holiday allowance Pension scheme with a 3% employer contribution Employee Discount Scheme Employee Assistance Programme A sleep in allowance of £46 per night as and when the business needs. We pride ourselves on offering holistic, individualised support to young people from all backgrounds. We're now recruiting Residential Childcare Workers to join our home in Bridgwater! Based in one of our children's residential homes, you'll support young people with challenging behaviour, requiring flexibility, resilience, honesty and strong organisational skills. You'll be committed to delivering high-quality care that helps each young person achieve positive outcomes. This is a permanent role with great career prospects and full training within a growing organisation. You'll work an average of 38 hours per week on a two-days-on / four-days-off shift pattern, including two sleep-ins. You'll also receive generous allowances for bank holidays and overtime, as well as a performance-related bonus.
