What Youll Be Doing
Providing person-centred support tailored to each childs individual needs. Encouraging independence, communication, and social development. Supporting children to access education, community activities, and recreational opportunities. Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour. Building positive relationships with children, their families, and professionals. Maintaining accurate records and following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures. Shift Information
Minimum
4-hour shifts per child . You may support
multiple children during a shift . Support can range from
4 to 12 hours per child
in a single day, depending on individual needs. What Were Looking For
? A caring, patient, and compassionate approach. ? Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ? Experience supporting children with ASD is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. ? A full UK driving licence is desirable. What We Offer
