Role Details * Position: Children’s Social Worker – Disabled Children’s Team * Location: Haringey, North London * Pay: £37.52 per hour * Contract: Full-time Locum * Start Date: ASAP About the Role You will manage a varied caseload, working directly with children with disabilities and their families to achieve positive outcomes and promote independence. Your responsibilities will include: * Undertaking high-quality assessments and reviews. * Supporting children and families with complex needs. * Coordinating short breaks and joint-funded care packages. * Developing effective, child-centred support plans. * Working closely with health, education and other multi-agency professionals. * Advocating for children and ensuring their voices, wishes and needs remain central to decision-making. * Maintaining high-quality records and ensuring work meets statutory and professional standards.
