Children’s Support Worker – Waking Nights – ClevedonPositions: Full TimePay: £13.20 – £13.47 per hourContract: Permanent, Waking NightsBase Location: ClevedonDrivers are essential due to the travel required.About the RoleWe're looking for caring and committed Children's Support Workers to join our Clevedon team, supporting children and young people aged 5–18 during waking night shifts.The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, person-centred overnight support that respects each child's views, wishes and individuality. You'll help create a safe, calm and reassuring environment throughout the night, ensuring children and young people feel secure, listened to and supported.Working alongside children and young people, you'll support their wellbeing and independence by following personalised support plans and responding to individual needs overnight. This may include supporting evening and morning routines, administering medication where required, and providing personal care in a respectful and dignified way.
