An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a new children's residential provider as they prepare to open their first children's home in Harrow.
The organisation has secured a substantial seven-bedroom property, which is expected to provide care for up to four children under the age of 18. The exact registration and specialist needs of the home are still being determined, with the service potentially supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and/or Learning Disabilities (LD).
With an experienced Responsible Individual already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the home, its culture and the quality of care provided to children and young people.
The provider is also developing a supported living service, with an ambitious vision for the organisation's future growth.
