Waking Night Support Worker , you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people can thrive. Whether you're experienced in care or looking for a meaningful new career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Be Doing
? Supporting the safety, wellbeing and emotional needs of young people throughout the night ? Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted role model ? Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans ? Supporting young people through challenges with patience and understanding ? Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes What We're Looking For
Passionate, caring and resilient individuals Ability to remain calm and confident when managing challenging situations Full UK driving licence Aged 21+ (required for regulatory compliance) Flexibility to work the 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern Previous experience in residential childcare is welcomed but
not essential . Full Training Provided
