Cinema Team Lead: Guest Experience & Private Events

Scotsman Group is seeking a proactive Cinema Supervisor to lead daily cinema operations, drive guest excellence and manage the Box Office, Café and screens. You will support and develop the team, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and stock readiness across the venue.

You will collaborate with the Venue Manager to optimise sales, staff development, and event delivery from open to close, while upholding company standards and brand values.
