Civil Design Engineer - Water

Civil Design Engineer - Civils & Water SSA are currently recruiting for a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering consultancy who specialise in heavy civils & utility works across the UK. The role will involve working across various AMP8 water projects, covering clean & wastewater infrastructure, deep drainage, excavations, tunnelling, shafts, sewers, and other works. The role will involve preparing and checking detailed designs (including calculations, drawings, risk assessments etc); providing technical information and proposing alternative solutions; liaising with customers, suppliers, clients, and other third parties; and undertaking reviews of defects, method statements, & compensation events amongst other duties. They are able to offer an excellent training & developmnent programme on top of a competitive salary & package. The role will be within a hybrid working pattern. Essential: * Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering * UK experience in design engineering within civils, rail or utility works
