Civils Working Supervisor – Energy Infrastructure £43,680 - £48,048 + van + overtime Location: North West / Yorkshire / Midlands / North Wales Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, away from home Our client is growing fast. Now NERS Tier 1 Civils accredited, expanding to four full civils gangs in 2026 and onboarding new clients across the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands and North Wales, they’re looking for experienced Civils Working Supervisors / Team Leaders to join the team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small civils gang, keep work moving to programme and maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance. The Role of the Civils Working Supervisor You’ll lead a 2–3 operative civils gang delivering groundworks and cable civils across energy infrastructure projects, including: * EV infrastructure * BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) * Solar projects * HV/LV cable civils * Excavation and duct installation * HV/LV containment * Concrete plinths, kerbs and chambers * Reinstatement works * As-laid drawings and site records * Daily reports and digital compliance You’ll be responsible for running the site day-to-day, keeping your team productive and ensuring the work is delivered safely, correctly and to programme.
