Cladding Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER – SPECIALIST FACADES Location: London EC1 Project Manager – Specialist Facades Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven background delivering specialist façade, cladding or external envelope packages. Working across major construction projects, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities * Deliver façade packages from pre-start through to completion * Programme management * Site coordination * Client and consultant liaison * Management of subcontractors * Quality assurance * Health & Safety compliance * Progress reporting * Risk management * Working closely with the commercial team to achieve successful project outcomes Requirements * Proven Project Management experience within specialist façades * Strong understanding of cladding or external envelope systems * Experience managing site teams and subcontractors * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Commercial awareness * SMSTS * CSCS * Full UK Driving Licence Experience with the following would be highly desirable * Brick Slip Systems * Rainscreen Cladding * Curtain Walling * SFS * MMC / Modular Construction * Fire-rated façade systems What's on offer * Competitive salary * Excellent career progression * Long-term pipeline of projects * Collaborative team environment * Opportunity to play a key role in a growing specialist contractor
