Class 1 Driver Were currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 Driver to work with a well-established logisticscompany based in Chesterfield, S44. The work will involve delivery to retail and refrigerated distribution. Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.
As a Class 1 Driver , youll be responsible for:
Trunking between depots and RDCs Operating fridge or curtain-side trailers , depending on the load Delivering a mix of chilled, frozen, and dry goods Unloading pallets using a pump truck and operating a tail lift safely Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service at all times Hours & Pay: Start Times: Flexible early morning and afternoon starts Days: Monday to Friday (weekend work available) Shift Length: 1012 hours per day Pay Rate: £18.00ph PAYE Weekly pay every Friday Requirements: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience Experience with fridge or curtain-side trailers preferred Ability to operate a pump truck and tail lift safely Excellent communication and customer service skills Apply Now If youre an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for stable, ongoing work in the Chesterfield xkybehq (S44) area, click Apply Now and one of our team members will be in touch to arrange your registration.
