Job Description We are recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join us out of the Morrisons RDC in Burton Latimer, Kettering to support our General Haulage and Trunking Operations. This role is ideal for a HGV driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent customer service and dependable delivery standards. The roles are full time, working on a permanent basis and ideal shift pattern available is: Thursday to Monday Nights (23:00 - 02:00 start times) We offer flexibility in shift patterns, so if these start dates and times dont quite suit your availability, let us know what youre looking for, well do our best to accommodate your preferences. We have increased our pay rates , with rates now ranging from £16.35 to £18.96 per hour , depending on shift giving you even more reason to build your driving career with us. Mon-Fri Night Shift - £16.35per hour Saturday and Sunday Night Shift - £18.65per hour Bank Holidays - £18.96per hour. On top of base salary our HGV Drivers will be entitled to £5 per shift tax-free meal allowance, and £25 per night out tax-free allowance (if applicable) General Haulage with Curtainside trailers, to Distribution Centres and Stores Collections from Stores to load out toDistribution Centres Supporting General work, including occasional store deliveries and requirement to load and unload cages Trunking Opportunities available depending on availability Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications You should hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience (We will consider New Pass Drivers) We are proud to be an inclusive and diverse organisation where we are committed to employee development and recognising success for hard working performers.
