Class 1 Driver - Permanent Job

Here at XPO we want to support you. We are currently looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to work 4 on 4 off rotating shifts at our Lockerbie depot. New Volvo trucks which are replaced every three years, and you get to work with a great bunch of people. You will either be delivering multi drop to Supermarkets across the North of England or the occasional trunking to NDC. Full training given. The role includes unloading cages of milk at supermarket delivery points and collecting empties Youll be working a guaranteed 38.5 hours per week, with days and nights available, on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern (we are looking for drivers across both shifts which would include either early, or mid-afternoon starts) Hourly rate of £17.39 Saturday premium rate £2.70 Sunday premium rate £4.84 Ongoing CPC training Regularly updated fleet and trailers Access to a variety of high street discounts; from a new car to meals out Learning with the XPO University from Level 2 to up to Level 7 courses Career prospects that could take you from the truck into management Cycle to work scheme Automatic enrolment on our Workplace Pension Scheme Not only will you benefit from all the above, and more, you will also be joining a great team that is dedicated to getting dairy products to the people of Great Britain.
