Class 1 HGV Driver Pay: £15.00-£19.00 per hour Job Type: Temp ongoing, opportunity to go perm for the right candidate Start Times: 6:00 onwards start for day shit, 18:00 onwards start for night shifts Working 6 days a week, Mon-Sat or Mon-Fri&Sun The Role We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our clients team. This is a great opportunity for a professional driver looking for regular work with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities * Driving a Class 1 HGV safely and responsibly * Completing local and/or regional deliveries * Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects * Completing delivery paperwork and required documentation * Providing a professional service to customers * Following all relevant road, transport and company regulations Requirements * Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence * CPC qualification * Digital tachograph card * Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred * Good knowledge of UK roads * Reliable, punctual and professional attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team NEWLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS ARE ACCEPTED!
