Class 1 Hgv Drivers

HGV / Class 1 Drivers Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Drivers to work out of our client’s premises in Derby on an ongoing / permanent basis with immediate starts available. For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for: * Driving a double decker heavy goods vehicle. * Completing trunk runs only, depot to depot. * Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately. * Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects. For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will need: * CE licence with a minimum of 1 year experience. * Full UK Driving Licence. * No more than 6 points. * DIGI and CPC Card. Details of this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role: * Competitive hourly rate - £14.01PH - £35.03PH including paid breaks * Days and nights available with a 5 on 3 off shift pattern * Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking. * Minimum 8hrs guaranteed per shift, even if you do less. * No handball * Brand new equipment, including new Mercedes trucks.
