HGV Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver Fawley, Southampton Long-Term Contract | £17.70 per hour | £26.55 overtime | Paid training | Immediate starts Solid, regular work through to May/June next year, with the opportunity to return on contract annually. Youll receive fully paid classroom and practical training and consistent, planned work through to at least May/June next year. Drivers who perform well will also have the opportunity to return annually, providing reliable seasonal work year after year. Your Shifts Day shifts Typical start time of 6:00am Average shifts of 810 hours Additional hours paid at the overtime rate (after 45 hours) Some flexibility may be required during busy periods The Job Youll deliver gas products safely to commercial and domestic customers across the region. The work includes: Driving a Class 2 vehicle in line with ADR regulations Completing scheduled deliveries to customer locations Carrying out daily vehicle checks Accurately completing delivery paperwork and electronic records Following all transport, safety and operational procedures Providing a professional service to customers Youll receive comprehensive classroom and practical training before completing the role independently. What You Must Have Valid Category C/Class 2 HGV licence Valid ADR licence covering Tanks and Packages Valid Driver CPC Valid Digital Tachograph Card Previous Class 2 driving experience No more than six penalty points No DR, DD or IN conviction codes A reliable, safety-conscious and professional approach Secure Your Contract Now, we are commencing interviews with the customer from mid August.
