Recruit A Driver is currently recruiting an experienced
Class 2 Driver
for a well-established client based in Middleton, Leeds. The role involves delivering doors and flat-pack furniture to builders' merchants and customer sites, completing approximately
1015 deliveries per day . Doors are generally offloaded by forklift, although some manual handling will be required. The position includes
34 nights out per week , with a fridge fitted in the cab for added comfort. Key Responsibilities
Deliver doors and flat-pack furniture safely and efficiently Complete approximately 1015 deliveries per day Carry out daily vehicle safety checks Complete delivery paperwork and proof of delivery documentation accurately Provide excellent customer service at every delivery Comply with Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations Maintain high standards of vehicle care and professionalism Requirements
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence Driver CPC Qualification Card Digital Tachograph Card Comfortable carrying out manual handling where required Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach Maximum 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only) Why Work With Recruit A Driver?
