Cleaner Bristol | £19.40 per hour Umbrella / £15 per hour PAYE | Communal area cleaning on a new build | starting immediately Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Build Cleaners to carry out final cleans on a new build development, preparing flats for handover. Key Duties Carrying out high-standard cleans on newly built flats. Cleaning designated areas including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, skirting boards and internal surfaces. Ensuring each property is presented to a handover-ready standard. Reporting maintenance issues or damages to site managers. Requirements Previous experience in new build cleaning is preferred. Ideally, candidates will have their own cleaning equipment and supplies. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable work ethic. What We Offer £19.40 per hour Umbrella or £15 per hour PAYE.
