Cleaner Location: Fawley (SO45) Hours: Monday to Friday – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Available Shifts: 7:30am – 4:00pm 7:30am – 12:30pm 7:30am – 1:30pmPay Rate: £13.53 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Available Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are currently recruiting for multiple Cleaners to join a busy commercial site in Fawley (SO45). Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we have a range of shift patterns available. These are long-term opportunities with the potential to become permanent after an initial temporary period. Due to the nature of the site, we are looking for candidates who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities for a Cleaner:  Cleaning offices, communal areas, washrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic areas Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting designated areas Cleaning glass, mirrors, and touch points Restocking washroom consumables, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels Following cleaning schedules and completing cleaning checklists Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely Following COSHH regulations and Health & Safety procedures Carrying out dynamic risk assessments before and during cleaning tasks Reporting maintenance issues and health & safety concerns Working as part of a professional cleaning team to maintain exceptional standardsAbout YouWe're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. Essential Requirements for a Cleaner: Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures Knowledge of COSHH regulations Excellent attention to detail Reliable with excellent timekeeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to follow strict cleaning procedures and site standards Positive attitude and strong work ethic Important Information A Basic DBS check is required (or willingness to obtain one) Safety shoes are required (uniform will be provided on site) Due to the location, you must either live locally or have your own transport, as public transport is limited This is a full-time or part-time opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates If you're looking for a long-term cleaning role with a professional employer and the opportunity to secure a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you.
