Based across Reading and Bracknell ​Up to £34,000 per annum (DOE) + company car We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing division in Berkshire, overseeing a multi-site portfolio for a prestigious education sector client. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll lead and support a team of cleaning operatives across multiple locations, ensuring service delivery standards are consistently achieved and maintained. You'll take ownership of site performance, build strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence across your portfolio. ​ ​As an Account Manager you’ll be: * Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction * Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery * Managing, recruiting, and coaching local service teams * Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Operations Manager. * Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to * Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth. ​As an Account Manager you’ll have: * Demonstratable experience managing Cleaning contracts * Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills * Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level * Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems * Ability to work to tight timescales * Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy ​What we offer you We believe in rewarding talent and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
