We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cleaning Operative to join SEFM Ltd, delivering high-quality cleaning services at Bournemouth & Poole College’s Poole campus. Working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.As part of the Estates Team, you’ll contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace that values respect, equality, and a shared passion for excellence. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness using sustainable practices.What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering a “best in class” cleaning service across the College estate
• Following company procedures, including all health and safety requirements
• Cleaning a variety of areas including classrooms, offices, corridors, kitchens, toilets, and washrooms
• Carrying out waste removal and maintaining hygiene standards throughout
• Completing weekly deep cleans of designated areas
• Operating cleaning machinery such as carpet cleaners and hard floor equipment
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition
