Permanent Opportunity - Cleaning Supervisor (Site Based) - Leeds - £13.71 per hour Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor looking for a stable, site-based role where you can lead your own team and make a real impact? We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation at a single site in the LS9 area of Leeds. What's in it for you? £13.71 per hour Permanent position Site-based role - no travelling between contracts Managing an established team of 4 cleaners Supportive management team Stable, long-term opportunity Your Role Supervising the day-to-day cleaning operation across the site Leading, motivating and supporting a team of 4 cleaners Ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest cleaning standards Carrying out regular quality inspections and audits Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover Training new starters and supporting ongoing development Maintaining stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables when required Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times Building positive relationships with the client and responding to any operational requirements Working Hours Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm About You Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader Strong people management and leadership skills High standards and excellent attention to detail Good organisational and communication skills A proactive, hands-on approach to managing a cleaning operation Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices If you're looking for a permanent supervisory role where you can take ownership of a single site and lead a small, established team, we'd love to hear from you.
