Client Experience Excellence Leader (Hybrid)

Ocorian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Excellence Lead to act as the critical link between clients, service teams and regulators. You'll use data and your expertise to proactively improve client outcomes, drive continuous improvement and ensure service excellence across the business.

You will lead the local Client Excellence Team, guide onboarding and lifecycle management with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide.
