Client Relations ExecutiveNorthampton – Office basedSalary:£26,000–£28,000 DOE, plus a performance-related annual bonus.Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 17:30pm An expanding financial services organisation is looking to recruit a confident and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to join its growing team. This position is centred on delivering an excellent customer experience by acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries. You'll engage with customers by telephone and online chat, understand their requirements and ensure they are directed to the most appropriate team member. Alongside customer engagement, you'll support a range of operational and compliance activities, including quality monitoring, customer feedback initiatives, maintaining accurate records and assisting with business processes. The role offers excellent variety and provides opportunities for long-term career development within the organisation.
