Client Services Team Lead -       North Tyneside -       Permanent staff position -       Office-based -       £40,000 - £45,000 per annum A leading print & packaging business is looking to recruit an experienced Client Services Team Lead to head up the client services function, ensuring high-quality support for key client accounts.    The role focuses on supervising day-to-day team activities, coaching colleagues to follow standardised processes, resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver smooth end-to-end workflow across Estimating, Job Creation, Planning, Production, Finance and Commercial. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the customer service team in day-to-day activities, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time. Taking the lead on select key client accounts Mentor and develop team members to follow procedures, develop skills, and maintain first class standards.
