Clinic Co-ordinator — Prosthetics & Orthotics

Mobility and Rehabilitation Services (MARS), located at Woodend Hospital, are seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support efficient administration of P&O and wheelchair outpatient services. You will coordinate bookings, process referrals, and help run clinics, acting as a focal contact for patients and staff to ensure timely care.

As part of a busy multidisciplinary team, you will support admin colleagues and contribute to a smooth patient journey from referral to appointment.
