Clinical Deputy Manager & Care Home Leader

Barchester Care Homes is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of care, and step in for the General Manager when needed.

You will oversee audits, supervise clinical practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategies to improve resident quality of life. A compassionate, resilient leader with RN/RMN and mentoring qualifications is preferred.
