Clinical Deputy Manager - Care Home Leadership

Barchester Healthcare's Leonard Lodge care home is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care. You will work with the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team, and supervise clinical practice to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

As an RN/RMN with current NMC registration, you will bring leadership, safeguarding expertise, HR awareness, and budget management to mentor staff and drive continuous improvement.
