Clinical Deputy Manager: Lead Care Home Quality

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a multidisciplinary team and drive audits, regulatory compliance and quality care for residents.

You must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring qualification. HR experience, budget awareness and a track record in safeguarding are highly valued.
