Clinical Deputy Manager: Lead Care Home (RN)

Leonard Lodge care home, part of Barchester Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager. You will support quality care delivery, lead a multidisciplinary team, and cover the General Manager in their absence. You will drive standards through audits and regulatory checks while developing strategies to meet goals.
