who are seeking an experienced
Deputy Manager
to support the leadership and day-to-day running of a nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to join a well-established provider, working alongside the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of
high-quality, person-centred care , strong clinical standards and regulatory compliance. Oversee care planning, audits, medication, risk management and quality assurance, ensuring residents' needs are consistently met. Requirements as a Deputy Manager: Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or senior nursing/care management role within a nursing home.
