Careermakers are recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in the heart of Southport. Rated GOOD by the CQC, the home is recognised for delivering high-quality dementia, nursing, and residential care. Working alongside a supportive Home Manager, you will lead and provide clinical governance to a stable and dedicated team of carers and nurses, ensuring exceptional standards of care for all residents

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager: Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of resident care. Manage staff supervision, training, rotas, and performance support. Coordinate care plans, medication management, and communication with families and healthcare professionals.
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager: Previous management experience within a care home Registered Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Active NMC Pin Are you an experienced Clinical Lead/Deputy looking to work for a fantastic provider?
