Clinical Governance & Patient Safety Lead

West London NHS Trust is recruiting a Clinical Governance Lead to provide expert advice on patient safety, clinical effectiveness and quality of care, with emphasis on reporting incidents and patient feedback for learning.

The post holder will support a portfolio of clinical governance and patient safety services to deliver the Trust's Quality and Patient Safety Strategy and related policies and statutory expectations, working across borough and service lines as required.
