Clinical Lead & Deputy Manager – Care Home Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead in Bushey to support the General Manager, drive quality care and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent resident outcomes.

You will be an RN/RMN with NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring qualification, with experience in safeguarding investigations, risk assessments, budget management and staff development in a busy care setting.
