Job summary
Are you an experienced and motivated registered nurse looking for an opportunity to lead, inspire, and shape the delivery of high-quality community services? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to provide professional and clinical leadership within our Norwich Place integrated team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting staff, driving excellence in patient care, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred services across community settings.
Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Lead, you will provide professional and clinical leadership to Norwich Place, supporting the delivery of high standards of care to patients in their own homes, care homes, and clinics.
Working closely with the Clinical Operational Manager, you will help ensure the effective management of complex caseloads, support workforce development, and contribute to the achievement of organisational priorities and strategic objectives.
You will be instrumental in supporting integrated working with primary and secondary care, social care and voluntary services to ensure patients receive coordinated and seamless care.

Job responsibilities
The service operates between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with shifts worked across these hours.
