Clinical Lead Nurse: Champion of Kind Care

HC-One is seeking a Clinical Lead to join our care home teams in Scotland. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll mentor staff, provide specialist nursing advice, and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centred care. You’ll lead in the Home Manager’s absence and uphold safeguarding and professional standards.

You will drive clinical excellence, support students and colleagues, and promote a culture of empathy, learning, and continuous improvement across our HC-One homes.
