The Role

As Clinical Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of clinical and person-centred care while supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical leadership of the service.

You'll be responsible for:
Leading and supporting the nursing and care teams on shift.
Delivering exceptional clinical care while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Coaching and mentoring colleagues to support their professional development.
Completing clinical assessments, care planning and medication management.
Supporting audits, clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
Acting as the clinical lead in the Home Manager's absence.
Building strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
About You

You'll be a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse with:
A valid UK NMC Pin (RGN or RMN).
At least 12 months' post-registration experience.
Previous leadership or senior nursing experience.
Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
