Clinical Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead
to join a well-established
30-bed nursing home
that has recently enjoyed significant success.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse and clinical leader who is ready to take on greater responsibility, support the day-to-day clinical management of the home, and play a key role in maintaining and developing high standards of care.
You'll work closely with the Home Manager and wider senior leadership team, helping to lead the clinical team, support staff development, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centred care.

Registered Nurse
with strong clinical experience within a nursing home or similar care setting. Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care. A confident clinical leader who can support, motivate, and develop a nursing and care team. Organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining consistently high standards. Confident overseeing clinical governance, care planning, medication management, audits, and quality standards. Comfortable working collaboratively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues. Able to lead by example and promote a positive culture throughout the home. Ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop their leadership career. We'd love to hear from you if you are:
An experienced
