Location: Ashby Road, LE67 3LB
Contract type: Full time, 40 hours per week
Rate: £55,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and growing provider, in a brand new home! Join us as our new Clinical Nurse Manager at Primrose Place care home in Coalville.
As a key member of our leadership team in this brand new home, youll play a crucial part in driving quality and maintaining high standards of care for the people we support. Youll work closely with our Home Manager to build and manage an exceptional team of nurses and care colleagues.

Primrose Place
When open, Primrose Place will provide nursing care for adults living with complex needs arising from brain injuries, dementia, mental health conditions, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities.
Primrose Place will feature 36 en-suite bedrooms, across three units. Each unit will have its own dining room, lounge, and sensory bathroom.
With this small group living, were able to provide a homely and supportive environment, thats more responsive to individual needs.
About the role
As a Clinical Nurse Manager with Exemplar Health Care, youll play a key role in the daily running of our home.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- leading a team of care and nursing colleagues to ensure that peoples medical, physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met
About you
Above all, youre someone who identifies with our Exemplar Health Care values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
As this is a managerial role, you must have:
- a minimum of three years post-registration experience, management experience, training or qualification.
Youre also someone with:
- a thorough understanding of nursing care best practice
