be: Maintaining and flexing a portfolio of digital products that will deliver the strategic business benefits
Structuring planning and sequencing the roll out in line with business
objectives
and other strategic pillars
Playing a fundamental role in working with the senior Leadership and business change teams
?
Initiating management actions in response to project progress reports (achievement,
productivity
and risk)?
Developing clinical workflows and delivering clinician training to proliferate the workflows across the business?
Maintaining close working relationship with both the field and the finance team, to
always understand
the financials?
Maintaining and developing relevant business cases for the various Clinical Digital projects.
Experience Experience
working in the digital dentistry sector?
?is preferred
3+ years working in projects/
programmes
, ideally in a health care,
retail
or
multi-site
environment
Personally,
managed a
portfolio of projects successfully?
Would be an advantage if worked in the dental sector
Skills At advanced Excel and PowerPoint level
Stakeholder management skills
Change management skills
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Customer Service orientated
Budget control?
Planning monitoring and reporting skills
Ability to detect and resolve problems
Advanced communication (verbal, written, listening) skills
Analytical Skills
Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity understanding the impact of this on portfolio of projects?
