The post holder will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive adult and paediatric audiology service. This will include being responsible for leading the complex adult rehabilitation service.

Person specification
Experience
Essential
- Extensive clinical experience in Adult Audiology
- Experience of working autonomously and as part of a team within the NHS
Desirable
- Leading and developing an area of Audiology
- Involvement /leadership of audit and research
Skills
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work confidently with staff at all levels
- Ability to deal with competing work pressures and specific deadlines.
Qualifications
Essential
- Band 6 and appropriate post graduate training , MSc in Audiology with CAC/HTS, or STP Audiology
- AHCS or HPCP Registration
Desirable
- Mentorship/Supervision qualification
- Hold a full driving licence and has access to a car
- Sign Language Skills/Qualification
Knowledge
Essential
- Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality
