Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation. Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development. Acting as Deputy General Manager when required. Current NMC registration (essential). Proven leadership in a similar role in a care or nursing (desirable) or hospital environment. Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
