Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix. Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation. Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development. Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care. Acting as Deputy General Manager when required. What were looking for Current NMC registration (essential). Proven leadership in a similar role in a care or nursing (desirable) or hospital environment. Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
