Clinical Trial Supply Manager
Planet Pharma is seeking a Clinical Trial Supply Manager to join a global clinical supply chain team responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of investigational products for clinical studies worldwide. This role sits within a highly collaborative environment and focuses on the operational execution of clinical trial supply strategies across Phase I-III studies. The successful candidate will manage supply activities from study start-up through close-out, working closely with Clinical Operations, Logistics, Quality, Packaging, Labeling, and external partners to ensure uninterrupted supply to investigational sites and depots globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clinical supply strategies for assigned clinical studies and compounds.
- Translate clinical demand forecasts into effective supply plans that ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Manage investigational product supply within Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, manufacturing, distribution, and inventory activities to support global clinical trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
- Monitor clinical supply inventories and drug utilization trends, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support global investigational product distribution strategies at depot and site level.
- Ensure timely release and delivery of clinical supplies in compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Manage expiry tracking, use-date extensions, relabeling activities, and product lifecycle management.
- Participate in protocol review and provide supply chain input to support study design and operational execution.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across clinical supply chain processes.
- Lead supply-related discussions in study team meetings and communicate risks, timelines, and mitigation plans.
- Support inspection readiness activities, documentation management, and compliance requirements.
- Manage deviations, product complaints, and supply-related issues through to resolution.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences, Scientific, or related discipline.
- 2-3+ years of experience within Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Logistics, or Trial Supply Management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Experience supporting global clinical trials across Phase I, II, and III studies.
- Strong understanding of clinical supply chain processes, including:
- Forecasting and planning
- Manufacturing
- Packaging and labeling
- Distribution and logistics
- Inventory management
- Hands-on experience working with IRT/IVRS systems for clinical supply management.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes from study start-up through study close-out.
- Understanding of GCP, GDP, and GMP requirements.
- Experience supporting multinational clinical studies with global site and depot networks.
- Familiarity with import/export requirements and international clinical supply regulations. xwzovoh
